Hello! We are Daniel and Breanna, a once overworked dad and an exhausted stay at home mom. In our twenties our go, go, go life style was no biggie. But once we hit mid thirties it felt like our bodies were falling apart on us. We realized that somewhere along our journey we had forgotten about ourselves. We needed to remember our health and well being is a priority as well as our kids and job. We started exercising but realized working out wasn’t enough anymore. Our age was starting to affect us, add on autoimmune diseases and we knew we needed something more, something to boost our body’s needs and help get our health back on track. We created Damaged Goodz, because lets face it we are all damaged in some way, and it is time we own our damage!
